ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Thank you for choosing Magic Carpet Limousine as your provider of airport limousine service to and from Logan International Airport. To aid you in finding our vehicles upon your arrival to Boston, we have designed this information sheet to help you.
Please follow all signage that directs you to "Limo Stand"
PROCEDURES
1. After you arrive follow the signs in the terminal that direct you to "Baggage Claim" and "Ground Transportation." Prior to claiming your luggage it is always helpful if you could call our office toll free (866) 339-3445, we will then radio your chauffeur, and inform them of your arrival.
2. Please note that Logan Airport authorities do not permit chauffeurs to leave the designated Limousine area, nor are they allowed to meet passengers inside the terminal to assist with baggage.
3. Airport authorities restrict us to a 10 minute limit at the terminal, If for any reason you cannot locate your chauffeur, call us toll free (866) 339-3445. We do have radio contact with our chauffeurs and we will be able to assist you with meeting them.
TERMINAL A - Major Carriers: Continental, Delta, Delta Shuttle, North American (charter)
After claiming your luggage, exit the doors by carousel 1 (on the the ground level). Cross both roadways. The limousine parking lot is in front of you. Your chauffeur will be standing near the shelter holding a sign with your last name. Do not hesitate to call our office, toll free (866) 339-3445, if you have any problems locating the limousine stand.
TERMINAL B - Major Carriers: Alaska, American, Spirit, US Airways, US Airways Shuttle
Please claim your bags at your airline's respective baggage claim areas. Then proceed up stairs to the Departure level and exit out the main doors. For US Air & US Air Shuttle the limousines are parked curbside to your Right on the Departure level. For American the limousines are parked curbside to your Left on the Departures level. Do not hesitate to call our office, toll free (866) 339-3445, if you have any problems locating the limousine stand.
TERMINAL C - Major Carriers: Air Tran, Jet Blue, Midwest, United
Please claim your bags at your airline's respective baggage claim areas. Then proceed up stairs to the Departure level and exit out the main doors. Cross the street to the outermost curb. Our chauffeur will be standing on the curb holding a sign with your last name. *Due to limited parking, airport officials will be enforcing the time limit at the curb. Do not hesitate to call our office, toll free (866) 339-3445, if you have any problems locating the limousine stand or our chauffeur.
TERMINAL E - Major Carriers: Northwest, All International Carriers
After clearing Customs, head to your Left and exit the
building in front of the Dunkin Donuts. Cross both roadways. The limousine parking
lot is in front of you. Your chauffeur will be standing
by the crosswalk holding a sign with your last name. Do not hesitate to call our
office, toll free (866) 339-3445, if you have any problems locating the limousine
stand.
GREEN AIRPORT
Look for your chauffeur with a sign with your last name in the lobby of the Baggage Claim area. He will assist you in collecting your luggage & leading you to our car. If you have any problems locating your chauffeur, please call our office toll free (866) 339-3445.
To find the limousine parking area, exit the terminal, cross the street to the Short Term Parking lot, the car will be parked beyond the Shelter to the far Right of the lot.
SOUTH STATION
Your chauffeur will be standing at the end of the platform holding a sign with your last name.
The only exception is when curbside parking is limited. If you
do not see the chauffeur on the platform, collect your baggage and exit on
the Atlantic Avenue side of the station, the limousines are parked along
the curb. Look for the sign with your last name. If you have any
problems locating your chauffeur, please call our office toll free (866)
339-3445.
UNION STATION
Your chauffeur will be standing in the lobby holding a sign with your last name.
The only exception is when curbside parking is limited. If you
do not see the chauffeur in the lobby, collect your baggage and exit on the
downtown side of the station, the limousines are parked along the curb.
