Terms and Conditions
The following policies apply to all Magic Carpet Limousine customers
- A 20% gratuity for the chauffeur is added to all base rates
- All fares are collected in advance and can be paid by: All Major Credit Cards, Cash, Travelers Checks or Approved Corporate Billing
- Unless quoted a flat rate all additional out-of-pocket charges such as tolls, parking, wait time, and gratuity will be added to the customer's bill
- We grant a 45 minute grace period after domestic flight arrival, 1 hour after reported international flight arrival, and 1 hour and 15 minutes after charter flight arrivals. All other pick-ups receive a 15 minute grace period. Once the grace period has elapsed, additional waiting time is charged at $45.00 to $75.00 per/hour retroactive to the scheduled pick up time
- Magic Carpet Limousine monitors all commercial flights & trains
- A minimum deposit of $150.00 (or higher for proms, special events, and weddings) is required to confirm a reservation. Once received, deposits are non-refundable. A credit card is required to confirm airport reservations and are subject to cancellation fees listed below
- Payments by check that are returned for any reason are subject to a $30.00 returned item fee
- Full fare, including an 20% gratuity, will be charged to the customer's account if an airport service cancellation occurs less than four* hours before the scheduled pick-up time
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service**, the customer's account will be charged $50.00 for airport contracts. For all other contracts the actual deposit amount received, less pre-paid gratuities
- Only pre-paid gratuities will be refunded for weddings cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled service
- Cancellation notice is required; otherwise, the contracted vehicle's minimum rate will be charged
- No-Show reservations will be charged the full fare plus a 20% gratuity, including any waiting time. If the customer cannot locate the vehicle, the customer should call 508-339-3445 or 866-339-3445 to avoid being billed as a No-Show
- Smoking and ANY
illegal acts are strictly prohibited in ALL
of the Companies vehicles
- A minimum damage fee of $150.00 will apply to ANY
damage to the interior of the hired vehicle
- The Company and it’s chauffeurs may at anytime eject passengers from it’s vehicles without refund for failure to comply with the terms of our Liability Agreement
- Prom rental are subject to our SAFE Prom Agreement
- In the event that the vehicle requested becomes unavailable, a substitute vehicle will be made at the Companies discretion
- All rates are subject to change without notice
* Two hours for approved corporate accounts
** Twenty-Four hours for approved corporate accounts
